My personal guarantee as a Listing Specialist, is to make sure that we price right, get maximum exposure, and negotiate the best deal possible for our clients. Getting the right price may seem like an easy task, but it’s actually a requires a lot of research and market analysis. What I do is help our clients find the sweet spot at which we can attract the most buyers & agents possible, without leaving any money at the table. As far as exposure is concerned, I stay on top of all the latest home buying trends in our geographic area to make sure we’re targeting our listings to ideal buyers instead of waiting for them to find it on their own. This includes Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click advertising, Meta Tag, Just Listed Just Sold post cards & Keyword placement, etc. When it comes to negotiating, my job is to get our clients the highest and best offer then negotiate the best terms for the sale. Ultimately, I’m the one fighting for our clients to make sure they get the best deal possible. I’ve negotiated hundreds of deals in my career and as a result, I’ve learned all kinds of tactics & strategies to make sure we end negotiations with a win win for all parties.
